(<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://hydro-comp.com/">www.hydro-comp.com</a>&nbsp;/&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.edams.com">www.edams.com</a>).&nbsp;&nbsp;The positionSystems &amp; Support EngineerThe primary function of the position will be the technical support of EDAMS systems (Billing, Network Asset Management, Operations &amp; Maintenance).This advert is targeted at graduates, among others. &nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Electrical&nbsp;engineering or Computer Science degree.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environment and operating system.</li><li>Experience in the use of MS SQL Server and good knowledge of SQL.</li><li>Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.</li><li>Desire and ability to work in a challenging environment.</li><li>Critical thinking and problem solving ability.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>End-user support (on-site, telephonic &amp; Internet).</li><li>Installation, set-up and configuration of EDAMS systems and ancillary products (e.g. MS SQL Server, Crystal Reports).</li><li>Training of end-users (managers, systems administrators and operational staff)</li><li>On-site assistance in the operation of EDAMS systems.</li><li>Development of reports, dashboards and SQL scripts.</li></ul>Remuneration Package<ul><li>An excellent salary package commensurate with experience and qualification.</li><li>Company International Provident fund.</li><li>13th Salary.</li><li>Flexi time at work.</li><li>Life insurance.</li><li>Financial support for job related courses/seminars.</li><li>State of the art training and career improvement programs.</li></ul>Please send CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancy@edams.com">vacancy@edams.com</a>
