We are looking for Senior IT Applications Specialist to join our team.&nbsp;As a Senior IT Applications Specialist, you will play a key role in evaluating, supporting, and evolving the company’s information systems, internal platforms and data environments. You will analyse business needs across departments and contribute to the selection, implementation and optimisation of systems that support the company’s strategic objectives.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Evaluate existing information systems, platforms and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation and cost efficiency</li><li>Analyse departmental and operational requirements and translate them into system and technical needs</li><li>Support the selection, implementation and enhancement of new systems, platforms, and tools (including ERP, CRM, BI, and data warehouse solutions)</li><li>Coordinate and manage external consultants, vendors, and technology providers</li><li>Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, integrations, and data pipelines</li><li>Support data warehouse environments, reporting tools, and system integrations to ensure data accuracy and availability</li><li>Design and maintain system documentation, maintenance procedures and testing plans</li><li>Deliver user training, system support, and ongoing guidance to internal stakeholders</li><li>Prepare status reports, insights and recommendations for management</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies, platforms and best practices</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow deadlines and coordinate projects effectively</li><li>Experience or exposure to business systems, databases, reporting tools and/or data warehouse environments</li><li>Understanding of ERP, CRM, BI platforms, system integrations, and data flows</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL, data models, or reporting tools will be considered an advantage</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Experience working with external vendors, consultants, or technology providers is a plus</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated on new technologies</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations environments will be considered an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package according to the candidate’s experience and qualifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Great discounts at more than 100+ restaurants of the Group.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous development and structured career path.&nbsp;</li><li>Complimentary daily meal and beverages</li><li>Medical Fund</li><li>European University Scholarship Scheme</li><li>Free parking area&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;The Interested applicants must forward their CV at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@phc.com.cy">careers@phc.com.cy</a>&nbsp;with reference ITSS/SC/2026.&nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
