Ultar Holdings Ltd currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for an&nbsp;IT Support Officer,&nbsp;at our Offices in Limassol. The ideal candidate will join a fast-growing IT environment and will have extensive networking and systems administration skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Configuring new users;</li><li>Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;</li><li>Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary;</li><li>Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).</li></ul>&nbsp;Working Schedule:&nbsp;<ul><li>Monday – Thursday 09:00-18:00 or 08:00-17:00 with one (1) hour break.</li><li>Friday 09:00–15:00 or 08:00-14:00 with half-hour break (30 minutes).</li><li>Working shifts are applicable on a rotation basis.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Candidate Profile:<ul><li>1-year hands-on experience;</li><li>Experience in Windows operation systems;</li><li>Experience with PC and Mac hardware, Printers and Computer peripherals;</li><li>Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol;</li><li>Proven experience and knowledge in Microsoft server infrastructures and Microsoft OS installations</li><li>Availability to work in dynamic working hours;</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the English language;</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;</li><li>Knowledge of Google G Suite Products will be considered an advantage;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation:&nbsp;A competitive remuneration package will be offered depending on the skills, academic qualifications and experience.</li><li>Provident Fund Scheme:&nbsp;To support long-term financial security, in line with company policy;&nbsp;</li><li>Performance review: Enjoy bonus opportunities and salary adjustments once a year based on performance</li><li>Growth Opportunities:&nbsp;We’re committed to your career development.
