Junior Hardware IT Technician to join our hardware service delivery team involved in installation and support of hardware physical infrastructure that powers the business of our customers.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with hardware installations and setups (servers, storage, switches, etc.)</li><li>Build and maintain racks, including mounting of equipment and cable management</li><li>Perform patching, labelling, and power connections</li><li>Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe equipment environment in data racks and IT spaces</li><li>Support the team with general hardware troubleshooting and IT-related tasks</li><li>Be part of the team working for hardware upgrades or relocations during non-working hours, whenever required.</li><li>Provide basic hardware troubleshooting &amp; repairs</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Technical School diploma or related field (or currently studying)</li><li>Basic understanding of IT hardware (servers, switches, cabling)</li><li>Previous experience or at least ability to work with hardware implementations will be considered an important advantage</li><li>Good attention to detail and hands-on approach to work</li><li>Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures</li><li>Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A supportive team environment with training and mentorship</li><li>Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level hardware</li><li>Career development opportunities within a growing tech department</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>RemunerationA competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and applicable experience including:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Annual Gross Salary in the region of € 18,000 per annum (payable in 13 salaries), subjecting to the &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; level of fulfilment of the position’s knowledge expectations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Discretionary yearly bonus based on personal and the company’s performance·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident Fund with a profit-sharing deposit every year subject to annual profitability results·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Working hours 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday – Thursday) and 8:15 – 13:00 on Fridays&nbsp; (Friday afternoon &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Off)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunities for professional growth, career development, and expansion of knowledge·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Professional, international, and friendly environment&nbsp;Why Join Us?
