📍 Nicosia, Cyprus | Full-Time | Executive Leadership Role &nbsp;DIMCO LTD is growing and we’re looking for a CFO who wants to grow with us.As a leading player in lighting, electrical, and architectural solutions in Cyprus, DIMCO is entering an exciting phase of evolution.&nbsp; &nbsp;Why this role mattersAs CFO, you won’t just “manage the numbers.” You’ll be a key business player to the Board and senior leadership, influencing decisions, driving performance and ensuring the business is financially strong, agile, and future-ready. &nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy &amp; Governance ✔️ Define and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives ✔️ Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to the Board of Directors ✔️ Establish and maintain robust financial governance and control frameworksFinancial Planning &amp; Performance Management ✔️ Monitor financial performance against targets and present insights to senior leadership ✔️ Develop and oversee financial KPIs, dashboards and management reporting ✔️ Ensure financial discipline, cost control and sustainable profitabilityAccounting, Reporting &amp; Compliance ✔️ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS ✔️ Ensure full compliance with local tax, statutory and regulatory requirements ✔️ Lead external audit processes and manage relationships with auditors and financial advisorsTreasury, Cash Flow &amp; Risk Management ✔️ Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning and working capital optimisation ✔️ Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and credit facilities ✔️ Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks ✔️ Oversee tax planning, insurance and financial risk policiesFinancial Systems &amp; Controls ✔️ Ensure integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of financial systems and reporting tools ✔️ Lead enhancements to financial controls, policies and procedures ✔️ Support financial automation, data accuracy and reporting efficiency &nbsp;Candidate Profile✔️ Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required) ✔️ Postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered an advantage ✔️ Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role&nbsp; ✔️ Strong technical accounting and financial management expertise ✔️ Demonstrated experience working directly with Boards and senior stakeholders ✔️ Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) &nbsp;✨ Why Join Us✔️ Competitive salary ✔️ 13th salary ✔️ Company car &amp; mobile phone ✔️ Birthday leave ✔️ Extra paid maternity &amp; paternity leave ✔️ Leadership position in an established, fast-growing company ✔️ A collaborative and ambitious work environment&nbsp; Join a dynamic company where you’ll get the chance to lead impactful projects, work with a passionate team, and play a key role in how our brand evolves. 📲Ready to apply?
