Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage creditor and debtor orders, invoices, receipts and payments into&nbsp; an appropriate accounting software.</li><li>Record transactions in the accounting software on a daily basis.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations on a specific timeline and manage banking duties required by the business.</li><li>Prepare supplier’s reconciliations and&nbsp; relevant payments to make.</li><li>Prepare and file the Quarterly VAT Returns.</li><li>Submit the monthly VIES Declarations.</li><li>Follow up outstanding debtors, maintaining records and providing reports.</li><li>Deal with salesmen on monthly regarding sales, receipts and stocks.</li><li>Perform regular stock taking when required.</li><li>Supervise orders when loaded onto the trucks for delivery and check for any discrepancies.</li><li>Any other duties assigned by the Management.</li><li>Previous relevant experience essential.</li></ul>Education: &nbsp;<ul><li>A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Holder of LCCI Higher and/or CAT Diploma.</li><li>Excellent Knowledge of applying VAT principles.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English Languages.</li><li>Computer literacy (MS Office).</li></ul>Skills: &nbsp;<ul><li>Business writing skills.</li><li>Communication Skills.</li><li>Presentation Skills.</li><li>Ability to work in teams with good interpersonal skills.</li></ul>- Working Days:&nbsp;MON-FRIDAY. &nbsp;&nbsp; A 35 hour week- Flexible working hours can be offered- Salary + Other fringe benefits +++&nbsp;All CVs will be treated with confidentiality.Interested candidates kindly send your CV to:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:wellspring@cytanet.com.cy">wellspring@cytanet.com.cy</a>&nbsp;NO application will be examined unless the above are satisfied.
