IT Support, Systems and Networks

Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee network infrastructure: routers, switches, firewalls, etc. Ensure availability, performance, and security.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage servers: install, configure, and maintain OS and software applications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide technical support to end-users: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with setup, resolve connectivity problems promptly.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement security measures: protect IT assets from cyber threats (malware, viruses, unauthorized access). Update antivirus, enforce security policies, conduct audits.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain backup/disaster recovery plans: safeguard critical data, ensure business continuity during system failures/disasters.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with IT staff and departmental managers: assess tech needs, plan for growth, recommend infrastructure upgrades/enhancements.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Document IT procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps. Provide user training on effective and secure IT system usage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with external vendors/service providers: IT procurement, support, maintenance agreements. Evaluate vendor proposals, ensure compliance with SLAs.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;Essential:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in any information technology related subject.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, Active directory, GPOs, and Windows Servers.&nbsp;Considered a Plus:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with mSales (Salesforce) and Galaxy (ERP) systems will be considered a plus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Adequate knowledge of relational database systems.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficient in English language will be considered a plus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1 - 2 years of experience will be considered a plus.&nbsp;Benefits:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 21 days of Annual Leave.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th and 14th salary.Provident fund
