The role focuses on configuring and supporting end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing and procurement, inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics execution, while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and adherence to fit-to-standard principles.Working under the guidance of the relevant Team Leader, the role contributes to full project lifecycle delivery: presales, blueprinting, configuration, integration, testing, training, go-live support, change management, and post-go-live stabilization. The position ensures high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery while collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Support presales activities, including demos, solution presentations, and discovery workshops to capture client requirements and understand business processes.</li><li>Contribute to Scope of Work (SoW) preparation by defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and estimating effort for assigned workstreams.</li><li>Analyze business requirements, map them to SAP configuration options, document processes and specifications, and collaborate with technical or integration teams.</li><li>Configure SAP modules for assigned workstreams, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and business requirements.</li><li>Conduct internal testing, quality checks, and issue resolution; participate in sprint sessions to validate configurations and gather client feedback.</li><li>Prepare and deliver user training, including manuals and documentation aligned with configured solutions and processes.</li><li>Support or execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and master/transactional data migration, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the blueprint.</li><li>Provide go-live support and post-go-live stabilization to ensure smooth transition and business continuity.</li><li>Analyze and implement change or enhancement requests, proposing configuration-based solutions, estimating effort, and tracking progress against SLAs.</li><li>Manage Jira tickets, participate in PMO/internal meetings, and maintain timesheets and monthly reports.</li><li>Support internal system improvement, digital transformation, and SAP enhancement initiatives.</li><li>Liaise with external vendors or subcontractors to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security, and GDPR policies.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Supply Chain Management,&nbsp;Logistics,&nbsp;Operations Management,&nbsp;Business Administration,&nbsp;Information Systems,&nbsp;Information Technology, or&nbsp;Computer Science</li><li>A master’s degree in&nbsp;Supply Chain Management,&nbsp;Operations Management,&nbsp;Business Administration, or a related field is a plus</li><li>Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with basic programming (HTML, CSS).</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Effective communication and business writing skills</li><li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Analytical and critical thinking abilities</li><li>Innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>13th Salary&nbsp;</li><li>Provident Fund &amp;&nbsp;Medical Fund</li><li>Performance Bonus Scheme</li><li>Hybrid Working Model for a balanced work-life experience</li><li>Half Day Fridays to kickstart your weekend early</li><li>Learning opportunities from top industry experts</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>A fun, entrepreneurial, and creative environment</li></ul>&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://career5.successfactors.eu/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?jobId=1207&amp;company=C0004082754P">Apply Now!</a>&nbsp;This a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration package with ample opportunities for advancement and professional development.
