Role Responsibilities • Receive approved material requests (Sales Orders) - Verify item code, description, unit of measure, and requested quantity • Complete PICK UP confirmation in procedure tablet • Cross-check physical quantities with picking documents before delivery • Report shortages, damaged items, or incorrect codes/descriptions • Prepare materials for delivery to sites or departments • Ensure proper labeling (project, date, quantities) • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for loading and transport • Ensure delivery receipt signatures where required • Maintain organized warehouse layout • Support regular cycle counts and participate in annual inventories • Supervise material loading onto trucks and final quantity verification • Receive returns from sites, inspect quantities and condition • Update warehouse manager and ERP system for returns, transfers, or issues • Maintain documentation and filing according to procedures &nbsp;Skills / Qualifications • Experience handling warehouse materials and inventory• Forklift license required • Knowledge of ERP systems (Coprime, SAP) preferred • Ability to check quantities and ensure accurate stock records • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Familiarity with safety procedures and proper handling of materials • Good communication and teamwork skills&nbsp;How to Apply Please submit your CV to <a href="mailto:e.marnerou@marneros.com">e.marnerou@marneros.com</a>&nbsp;
