On behalf of our client, a reputable boutique Law Firm, we are seeking to recruit&nbsp;a highly skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer&nbsp;to head their corporate and banking team, in Nicosia.&nbsp;The PositionThe successful candidate will be reporting to the Managing Partner and will be responsible amongst other of:<ul><li>Leading the Corporate Services and Banking Department.</li><li>Handling the daily corporate and secretariat requests of our clients.</li><li>Handling the incorporation, administration, and maintenance of limited liability companies as well as Board Meetings and Shareholders Meetings.</li><li>Advising on all aspects of company law, including incorporations, restructurings, and corporate governance.</li><li>Drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Shareholder Agreements, and other key transactional documentation.</li><li>Preparing legal opinions on complex matters of company law.</li><li>Drafting and reviewing constitutional documents (Memorandum, Articles of Association, and related governance instruments) and Minutes of Board.</li><li>Conducting legal due diligence on corporate entities, prepare due diligence reports, and manage corporate compliance documentation.</li><li>Ensuring full KYC and AML compliance of Law Firm in line with applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>Providing advice to our Clients in relation to shareholders’ relationships, directors’ duties, and company secretarial matters.</li><li>Maintaining meticulous organization and documentation practices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery of work.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Law from a reputable University (Master’s degree in Corporate or Commercial Law preferred).</li><li>At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of company law.</li><li>Excellent drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, with superior written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>High degree of diligence, discretion, and professional integrity.</li><li>Strong client management and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development.</li></ul>RemunerationA competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience, including discretionary performance-related bonus and provident fund provident fund upon successful completion of the probation period.&nbsp;How Can You Apply?Your application will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.&nbsp;If you’re interested in applying for this vacancy, please use the following link:&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=BDEBED1E-78D6-4C8C-83F2-D268EE8BD765&amp;v=2026/0692">https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=BDEBED1E-78D6-4C8C-83F2-D268EE8BD765&amp;v=2026/0692</a>&nbsp;Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.Our client is an equal opportunities employer.
