Main duties and responsibilities&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responding to front-end users’ requests and queries in a timely manner·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Investigating problems and providing first level support to internal users·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with vendors for problem resolution·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Setting up workstations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing first Level Management for Workstations, Active Directory, Networks, Switches, Servers, Firewalls·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Cooperating and supporting System Engineers and other IT department team members&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least one year of experience in Windows Operating Systems·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; At least one year of experience in Active Directory·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in Networking will be considered an advantage&nbsp;Skills&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Time management·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Creativity·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analytical thinking·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Planning and organization·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to deal with ambiguity·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attention to detail·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Problem solving and troubleshooting·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Teamwork&nbsp;&nbsp;Remuneration &amp; Benefits<ul><li>An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to experience and professional qualifications</li><li>Medical and Life insurance</li><li>Pension Plan</li><li>A Hybrid working environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Application Process&nbsp;Interested Applicants must submit their CV at <a href="mailto:careers@ancoriabank.com">careers@ancoriabank.com</a>, stating the position in the subject, by Friday the 20th of February 2026.&nbsp;Ancoria Bank is an equal opportunities employer.
