Aseto.ai is looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to own customer implementations after onboarding. This role serves as the primary bridge between customers and Aseto’s internal teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into well-designed, high-quality AI solutions.You will work directly with customers to understand their processes and objectives, design appropriate AI Voice solutions, and coordinate delivery with engineering. From solution definition through testing, deployment, and handover, you will ensure each implementation delivers real, measurable value and a great customer experience.This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining consulting, solution design, and delivery coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation</li><li>Lead requirement-gathering and translate business needs into clear technical specifications</li><li>Design AI Voice solutions aligned with customer use cases and system environments</li><li>Coordinate with development teams to deliver, refine, and validate solutions</li><li>Oversee testing, QA, and successful deployment</li><li>Manage customer communication throughout delivery and ensure satisfaction post go-live</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Experience in software consulting, solution consulting, or technical project coordination</li><li>Strong ability to gather, structure, and document business and technical requirements</li><li>Experience working closely with development teams on custom software solutions</li><li>Understanding of software delivery lifecycles, testing, and QA</li><li>Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Ownership mindset and strong attention to detail</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with AI-based, voice, or automation platforms (e.g. n8n)</li><li>Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system workflows</li><li>Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or IT consulting</li><li>Experience working with CRM, ERP, or customer service platforms</li><li>Basic hands-on technical skills, such as:<ul><li>Basic SQL for querying, validating, or inspecting data</li><li>Basic Python (or similar scripting language) for simple logic, testing, or troubleshooting</li></ul></li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A creative role where experimentation and initiative are encouraged</li><li>The chance to work on cutting-edge ideas beyond the main product line</li><li>A startup environment where your contributions can shape future directions</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Flexibility and autonomy in your workflow</li></ul>If you enjoy owning solutions end to end and ensuring customer requirements are delivered into reliable, real-world software, we’d love to hear from you.To Apply: Send your CV and a brief introduction about what excites you in development to info@aseto.ai&nbsp;
