We are looking for Call Centre Agents that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Call Centre Agent duties&nbsp;include handling&nbsp;inbound calls, making outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and recommending products/services that meet customers’ requirements.In essence, they are responsible for ensuring that every customer receives prompt, accurate, and courteous service.Benefits:<ul><li>Salary €16,000 gross per annum</li><li>21 days paid annual leave</li><li>Working 5 days/40 hours a week, with shift patterns up to 10pm.
