This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.You’ll work closely with the founder/manager, acting as a right hand by supporting planning, follow-ups, administration, and marketing-related activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide daily administrative and personal support</li><li>Manage tasks, reminders, schedules, and follow-ups</li><li>Help plan timelines and organize to-do lists</li><li>Prepare simple documents, notes, and summaries</li><li>Support marketing activities and small projects</li><li>Update and manage WordPress websites (training provided)</li><li>Use tools such as Zoho for CRM, email, and task management</li><li>Coordinate with partners, freelancers, or team members when needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Junior profile (limited experience is perfectly fine)</li><li>Interest or background in marketing, communications, or a related field</li><li>Strong organization and attention to detail</li><li>Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn</li><li>Comfortable learning new tools (WordPress, Zoho)</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Salary: €1,350 gross + performance bonus twice per year</li><li>Fridays are half days</li><li>A supportive, people-first work environment</li><li>Hands-on learning and mentorship</li><li>Exposure to marketing, planning, and business operations</li><li>Room to grow and take on more responsibility over time</li></ul>
