CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established Property Development &amp; Management Company with offices in Larnaca, we are seeking to recruit a Bookkeeper &amp; Administrator (Dual Role) to join their growing team. As a Bookkeeping &amp; Administrator, you will handle a range of accounting and administrative duties. As part of your role, you will post bookkeeping records in the accounting software, prepare reconciliation reports, and organise and maintain filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval. An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or another relevant field is desirable, and previous experience in a similar role will be considered a significant advantage. Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English is a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Handling and posting bookkeeping records in the accounting software.</li><li>Preparation of reconciliation reports.</li><li>Preparing and processing correspondence, reports, letters, invoices, and other documents.</li><li>Organising and maintaining filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval.</li><li>Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Academic background in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Accounting &amp; Finance, or any other relevant field will be considered a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in a relevant role is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.</li><li>Prior experience working with Accounting Software will be considered a plus.</li><li>Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English.</li><li>Highly organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8894.
