We are dedicated to professionalism, integrity, and our clients ‘complete satisfaction.&nbsp;The Role:<ul><li>Manage a portfolio of clients</li><li>Daily correspondence with the clients regarding collection of information</li><li>Respond to client requests timely and effectively</li><li>Prepare and process accounting entries in the accounting system on behalf of clients</li><li>Document and file accounting transactions in an organized manner</li><li>Prepare monthly bank reconciliations</li><li>Prepare monthly debtor and creditor reconciliations</li><li>Handling accruals and pre-payments on invoices issued and received</li><li>Preparation of fixed asset register</li><li>Preparing management accounts and cashflow statements</li><li>End to end processing of company’s payroll</li><li>Prepare and process VIES and VAT returns as required, and ensure payments are paid on time</li><li>Ensure that all supporting documentation is properly prepared and archived</li><li>Cooperate with the other department in completion of client needs in financial reporting and tax assignments</li><li>Liaise with auditors and client during the audit process, and ensure all information is provided on a timely and accurate basis</li><li>Provide timely and accurate estimates for provisional tax returns, and review all clients on a periodic basis for changes in their tax position</li><li>Other relevant duties as assigned by team leaders and management</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>LCCI Higher or Intermediate Certificate in Accounting OR Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification holder</li><li>Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Mathematics or any other related field will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Pursuing a professional qualification (ACA or ACCA) will be considered as advantage</li><li>At least 1 year practical accounting experience in a similar position</li><li>At least 1 year practical auditing experience will be considered as advantage</li><li>Ability to meet work related deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team</li><li>Strong numerical skills</li><li>Excellent computer literacy</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written</li><li>Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>A competitive remuneration package</li><li>Annual salary reviews plus performance related reward</li><li>Corporate pension fund</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Mother’s scheme working option</li><li>21 Annual Leave days increasing by years of service</li><li>Holiday entitlement from&nbsp;first day of joining the&nbsp;firm</li><li>Friday afternoon off throughout the year</li><li>Between July-August, we offer an additional afternoon off every Wednesday</li><li>Cyprus National Public Holidays falling on weekends given as paid Wellbeing Day off on the Friday before or after</li><li>Half working day on your Birthday</li><li>Continuous development and training</li><li>Friendly working environment</li><li>Dress for the Occasion&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Applications:Please send your CV by referring to the subject the position you apply for, to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@acccyp.com">careers@acccyp.com</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;For more information about our firm please visit our website at&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.acccyp.com">www.acccyp.com</a>.&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
