Throughout their employment journey our people have the opportunity to experience our innovative People practices and enjoy numerous benefits.&nbsp;Short description:&nbsp;The&nbsp;Marketing &amp; Communications&nbsp;Officer&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;implementing the&nbsp;company’s&nbsp;social media&nbsp;plan&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;marketing initiatives and events&nbsp;to&nbsp;promote the company’s brand&nbsp;and achievements.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main areas of responsibility include:&nbsp;A. Improve the financial performance:&nbsp;<ul><li>Assist&nbsp;in the annual departmental budget preparation and in the control of the operational expenses of the department&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in the implementation of projects and tasks to fulfil company’s&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;as per the agreed standards,&nbsp;timescales&nbsp;and budget.</li></ul>B. Improve the&nbsp;company image&nbsp;&amp; stakeholders’&nbsp;relations:&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintain the&nbsp;company’s&nbsp;social media&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;up to date&nbsp;on a&nbsp;day-to-day&nbsp;basis&nbsp;to ensure that&nbsp;Hermes and airport community’s activities and services are promoted&nbsp;</li><li>Create&nbsp;and publish&nbsp;consistent,&nbsp;engaging&nbsp;and creative&nbsp;content&nbsp;for company’s&nbsp;social media&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Create&nbsp;and implement&nbsp;social media campaigns and&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;their&nbsp;effectiveness&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that Hermes and airport community’s activities and services are promoted through social media&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and assess the company’s social media&nbsp;online&nbsp;presence and&nbsp;usage&nbsp;by using&nbsp;analytical tools&nbsp;and make recommendations to increase&nbsp;traffic&nbsp;</li><li>Identify&nbsp;potential&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;and make recommendations to use social media accounts&nbsp;to ensure that Hermes and airport community’s activities and services are&nbsp;promoted&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to the queries and comments&nbsp;of the&nbsp;social media&nbsp;users&nbsp;in a timely&nbsp;manner&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in the implementation of&nbsp;all&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;initiatives and events according to customers’ requests, timescales and budget,&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;the initiatives’ performance and provide recommendations for the optimisation of future&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;solid relations with other departments, stakeholders,&nbsp;subcontractors&nbsp;and suppliers to ensure effective overall coordination,&nbsp;support&nbsp;and exchange of&nbsp;information&nbsp;</li><li>Respond efficiently and effectively to the day-to-day requirements of internal customers,&nbsp;tenants&nbsp;and&nbsp;subcontractors&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the company respectfully and with dignity at various meetings and industry related events and conferences both in Cyprus and&nbsp;abroad&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently&nbsp;exhibit&nbsp;professional behaviour, both in good and challenging times in alignment with the corporate and personal values&nbsp;</li></ul>C. Improve the business processes:&nbsp;<ul><li>Ensure that decisions taken&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;own work are in alignment with the required laws, regulations, concession agreement and the company's policies and&nbsp;procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Provide recommendations and suggest&nbsp;possible solutions&nbsp;for improving own work, departmental and organisational&nbsp;effectiveness&nbsp;</li><li>Make suggestions to improve the efficiency of the department's IT systems by proposing additions/modifications in line with user&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in the development and update of procedures and programs related to&nbsp;marketing and communication activities&nbsp;and ensure their successful&nbsp;implementation&nbsp;</li><li>When needed perform other related duties as assigned from time to time to support the departmental needs.</li></ul>D.
