THE COMPANYOn behalf of our client, a leading Group of Companies operating in the food manufacturing and retail sector, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of&nbsp;Brand Lead, to be based in Nicosia.&nbsp;THE POSITIONThe successful candidate will report to the Group Marketing Manager and will be responsible to contribute to the development and execution of the branding strategy in alignment with the Group’s business strategy.More specifically, the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be the following, amongst other:<ul><li>Design, coordinate and execute the annual Marketing Plan for the channels under his/her responsibility (‘Signature’ or ‘Destination’ Channels) in alignment with the brand positioning and the Group’s directions.</li><li>Undertake the development and implementation of the Action Plan and marketing strategies concerning the channels under his/her responsibility with the guidance of the Marketing management team.</li><li>Create, manage and optimise communication content, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and identity across all customer touchpoints.</li><li>Conduct market research aiming at better understanding consumer needs, habits, and trends, and provide recommendations to the Marketing management team for new products to the channels under his/her responsibility.</li><li>Utilise consumer, market and performance insights for the continuous improvement of marketing decisions and actions.</li><li>Monitor, analyse, and record relevant practices and products of local and international competitors aiming at the development and implementation of marketing strategies.</li><li>Participate in the design and implementation of consumer incentive and reward plans through loyalty schemes with the purpose to elevate customer experience and enhance customer loyalty.</li><li>Participate in the implementation of various branding policies and practices, promotional communication tools, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Develop and implement promotional activities based on the relevant plan per sales channel, aiming at increasing brand recognition of the respective channels and the improvement of consumer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations and launches, representing the organisation and brands and enhancing thus their image and presence in the market.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers, advertising agencies and media, ensuring the effective implementation of promotional activities for the channels under his/her responsibility and ensuring adherence to the agreed budget and deadlines.</li><li>Manage the approved marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.</li><li>Work closely with the management team of the brands under his/her responsibility, providing strategic guidance and direction, while at the same time collaborating with the wider marketing team so as to achieve consistency and maximum effectiveness of marketing activities.</li><li>Provide immediate and effective solutions to promotional, merchandising or marketing issues that may arise in the Group's sales channels.&nbsp;</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or in a related discipline</li><li>Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or in a related discipline will be considered as an advantage</li><li>At least three (3) years of professional experience in marketing / brand management, in a reputable organization preferably in the wholesale, food service / manufacturing, retail sectors</li><li>Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time</li><li>Results driven with proven ability to analyse data, forecast and identify trends, opportunities and challenges</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of graphic design software (i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, etc.) will be considered as an advantage&nbsp;</li></ul>REMUNERATION PACKAGEA competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;APPLICATIONSAll applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
