You will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;production&nbsp;environment, responding to incidents&nbsp;of Production and UAT environment, and performing initial troubleshooting using&nbsp;given tools.&nbsp;This is a shift-based role in a 4-week rotating schedule (day and night shifts) with built-in rest days.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;Monitor infrastructure and applications using:&nbsp;-&nbsp;AWS CloudWatch&nbsp;-&nbsp;Dynatrace&nbsp;- System logs&nbsp;-&nbsp;Internal dashboards&nbsp;-&nbsp;Detect and respond to alerts from production and UAT environments, escalating when necessary.&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform first-level investigation and resolution using:&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;SQL&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;Linux OS commands&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;Windows Command Prompt&nbsp;-&nbsp; Create and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;incident tickets with clear documentation of root cause and resolution.&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow standard operating procedures for incident handling and escalation.&nbsp;- &nbsp;Collaborate with second-line support and on-call engineers when&nbsp;required.&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in continuous improvement of monitoring and response processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;Required Skills:&nbsp;Basic understanding of any of the following:&nbsp;-&nbsp;SQL&nbsp;-&nbsp;Linux OS commands&nbsp;-&nbsp;Windows Command Prompt&nbsp;- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.&nbsp;-&nbsp;High level&nbsp;of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Good time&nbsp;management and ability to work independently during shifts.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Willingness to work&nbsp;in&nbsp;rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;-&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).&nbsp;- Familiarity with monitoring tools and dashboards (e.g., Dynatrace, CloudWatch).&nbsp;-&nbsp;Prior experience in IT operations, support, or a NOC (Network Operations Center) environment.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Exposure to bankcard industry or regulated environments.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Certifications in operations, monitoring, or data analysis.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Understanding of&nbsp;operational best practices and compliance standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;-&nbsp;An attractive&nbsp;remuneration&nbsp;package based on experience.&nbsp;-&nbsp;Annual Bonus: A discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance, awarded annually starting after the completion of one full year of employment Private Medical Insurance for you and your dependents, commencing on your first day.-&nbsp;Provident Fund Scheme eligibility upon completion of your probationary period.- Gym Access at the company has in-house facilities.- Car Parking space provided.&nbsp;Interested applicants can share their CV’s to:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@aeonpaymenttechnologies.com">careers@aeonpaymenttechnologies.com</a>&nbsp; Please include "Monitoring Support Technician&nbsp;–&nbsp;[Your Name]" in the subject line.&nbsp;
