Our Company, part of a dynamic and growing investment group in Europe, is seeking to recruit a high caliber, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our legal team as Legal Advisor.&nbsp; The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Group Legal Counsel and contribute to the smooth operation and management of the Group’s legal affairs.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesAs Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Group Legal Counsel and our legal team ensuring the smooth operation and management of the legal affairs of our Group. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Support Group Legal Counsel on the management of the legal affairs of the Group.</li><li>Draft, &nbsp;review and finalise commercial agreements including intra group loan and loan related agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, and Services Agreements.</li><li>Draft, review, and finalise corporate documents and corporate related agreements.</li><li>Advise on company law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Carry out health-checks and due diligence exercises of the Group Entities, and in connection with the M&amp;A activity.</li><li>Act as the point of contact and having direct communication with legal/KYC/accounting team members and service providers as external lawyers, advisors and auditors.</li><li>Provide legal guidance on internal policies and business initiatives.</li><li>Perform other duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the legal team and ensure excellent quality of work.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues on ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless and effective operations.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your QualificationsWe’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); LLM is an advantage.</li><li>1-3 years of working experience in a similar role or in the corporate department of a law firm.
