Our Company, part of a dynamic and growing investment group in Europe, is seeking to recruit a high caliber, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our legal team as Corporate Administrator/Assistant. This is a key position within the organisation, offering exposure to an international corporate environment and a large portfolio of group entities. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the efficient administration and governance of our corporate structure and supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal function.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesAs Corporate Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting our legal team ensuring the smooth administration of corporate entities across the Group. Your responsibilites will include:<ul><li>Maintaining corporate records, registers, and documentation for a portfolio of group entities..</li><li>Maintain and keep update at all times entity management legal software.</li><li>Performing corporate secretarial and administrative tasks related to the ongoing maintenance of group entities.</li><li>Supporting Legal Counsel in the preparation, review, and execution of standardised agreements and corporate documentation.</li><li>Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams (legal, finance, compliance, KYC) and external stakeholders, including lawyers, advisors, auditors, and service providers.</li><li>Assisting with bank account openings and handling ongoing banking administration requirements across the Group.</li><li>Reviewing and maintaining up-to-date KYC documentation to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform other duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the corporate department and ensure excellent quality of work.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues on ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless operations.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Qualifications&nbsp;We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience:<ul><li>1-4 years of experience in a similar position in the corporate sector, in a Group of Companies, or any other related field, including practical experience in corporate secretarial administration.</li><li>A degree or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Familiarity with corporate administration procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of Compliance/AML/KYC procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key CompetenciesTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:<ul><li>&nbsp;Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal).&nbsp;</li><li>Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A high level of professionalism and trustworthiness at all times.</li><li>Demonstrate strong time management and office management abilities.</li><li>Ability to be a collaborative team player with resilience and efficiency under pressure.</li><li>Maintain professionalism and trustworthiness at all times.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer→&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive remuneration package, including 13th salary→&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performance-based bonus→&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Employer’s contribution to a provident fund→&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 24 working days of annual leave→&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours&nbsp;How to applyInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV to <a href="mailto:hr@turanco.eu">hr@turanco.eu</a> quoting “Corporate Administrator” in the subject line.&nbsp;Please note that due to the high volume of applications received, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
