George Tsanos Group Ltd, a hospitality-focused company group, is seeking for a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and facilities</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and company standards</li><li>Assist with installation of new equipment when required</li><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.</li><li>Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and timely resolution of technical issues.</li><li>Assist contractors and external service providers when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a hotel technician or in a similar technical maintenance role.</li><li>knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general hotel maintenance.</li><li>Flexibility to adjust working hours and respond to urgent needs when required.</li><li>Basic computer literacy (for maintenance logs and reports).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English language.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Complementary meal on shift</li><li>21 days of annual leave</li><li>5,25% provident fund as company contribution</li><li>Annual bonus based on related performance</li></ul>How to Apply:Please send your CV to hr@gtsanosgroup.com.cy with the subject line: " Hotel Technician/Maintenance Technician" and your full name.&nbsp;Kindly note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
