Our work combines strategic thinking, creative execution, and performance thinking, backed by organised processes, clear reporting, and consistent delivery.The Role: As a Senior Performance Executive, you’ll own the strategic and tactical execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta platforms. You’ll lead campaign strategy, mentor junior team members, and work directly with clients to drive ROI and long-term growth. You’ll be confident in data analysis, audience segmentation, and budget optimisation—and ready to bring insight, innovation, and energy to every brief.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads for multiple clients.</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations and growth opportunities based on performance data and market trends.</li><li>Oversee and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their development.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear communication and strategic guidance.</li><li>Deliver high-quality performance reports with actionable insights, not just numbers.</li><li>Work closely with Performance manager, creative teams, and CRO specialists to develop integrated campaign strategies.</li><li>Keep up to date with platform changes, emerging tools, and best practices in digital advertising. &nbsp;</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>5+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.</li><li>Deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and Google Ads campaign management.</li><li>Strong analytical capability with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ads Manager and other performance tools.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering scalable, profitable results across different client industries.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.</li><li>Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.</li><li>Leadership mindset with a desire to support and develop more junior colleagues.</li><li>Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta certifications (preferred).</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Fixed working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30</li><li>Friday early finish: 08:00 to 14:00</li><li>Competitive remuneration package, based on experience and fit</li><li>Birthday day off</li><li>Work from abroad: up to 5 days per year (approval based)</li><li>Annual performance bonus</li><li>21 days annual leave</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Supportive team culture with a collaborative and creative environment</li><li>Exposure to a wide range of industries and campaign types</li><li>Ongoing training and development opportunities &nbsp;</li></ul>How to Apply: Think you’re a good fit?
