CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected company operating in the Construction &amp; Engineering field, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator join their growing team based in Ergates, Nicosia.&nbsp;As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, contributing to an organised and professional working environment. An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar is desirable, and previous experience in a relevant administration focused role is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A competitive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Prepare and process correspondence, reports, letters, and other important documents.</li><li>Organise and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.</li><li>Monitor office supply inventory and place orders for stationery, groceries, and equipment.</li><li>Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services,</li><li>Support all departments with administrative and clerical tasks.</li><li>Perform general office management duties and other tasks assigned by Management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;<ul><li>An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.</li><li>Previous experience in similar position is a must.</li><li>Highly organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including sound knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.&nbsp;</li></ul>To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG8937.
