We’re on the lookout for a Porter who brings energy, charm, and provides consistent, high-quality service across all shifts!&nbsp;Exciting things are happening as part of the&nbsp;All &amp; More Hotels and Resorts&nbsp;family,&nbsp;AYA Resort is expanding its team – and we want YOU to be part of it for Summer 2026!&nbsp;Job Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism at the resort entrance, supporting with luggage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valet parking for guest cars.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Take luggage to and from guest rooms.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep the lobby, reception, and entrance areas clean and tidy.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure car buggies are clean, well-maintained, and fully charged overnight to support smooth daytime operations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prevent vehicles or obstacles from blocking the entrance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain cleanliness and security of the luggage room.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Label and store guest luggage properly.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Check logs and reports for shift updates and guest arrivals/departures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate with Front Office for VIP arrivals and special requests.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Deliver guest mail and messages promptly.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all VIP requests and amenities are fulfilled.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure operational equipment is used properly and stored after use.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain clear shift handovers and communication with colleagues.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the Front Office Management.&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1-2 years of front office experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting&nbsp;preferred.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Great attention to detail and time management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Applicants&nbsp;must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.&nbsp;What we offer·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Company Accommodation or Accommodation Allowance subject to availability.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working hours are 48 per week.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Paid annual leave.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th Salary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Referral Bonus as applicable.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Meals during shifts.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Uniform provided.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Friendly, supportive team environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training and career development.&nbsp;If you have a passion for delivering amazing guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!&nbsp;&nbsp;Apply Today!
