Job OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller who will be mainly responsible for chasing up customers on a systematic basis in order to collect from them due balances to the company, aiming to collect from the customers all invoices in accordance with their due dates.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Approving/ releasing Sales Orders from customers.</li><li>Analysing receivables and communication on a daily and systematic basis with customers for collections.</li><li>Organizing logistics with messengers for collections from customers.</li><li>Liaising with Account Managers to solve discrepancies with customers.</li><li>Preparing monthly collection budgets and reporting variances to Financial Controller.</li><li>Communicating to management and Account Managers issues related to problematic customers.</li><li>Referring cases to our legal advisors and monitoring progress of proceedings.</li><li>Handling ad-hoc queries on a daily basis from customers and colleagues related to the account balances and amounts due.</li><li>Handling the process of issuing credit notes to customers.</li><li>Conducting Stamp Duty Administration.</li><li>Obtaining from various government authorities certificates required by Contracting Authorities for contracts won.</li><li>Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor (Chief Accountant / Financial Manager).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>LCCI degree in Accounting will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Experience in credit control or other related disciplines.</li><li>Experience in the IT business will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.</li><li>Knowledge of Navision software will be considered as advantage.</li><li>Organizational &amp; time management skills.</li><li>Analytical skills.</li><li>Strong Team Player.</li><li>Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills.</li></ul>Reports toChief Accountant&nbsp;RemunerationAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;Equal Employment OpportunityNewCytech is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, colour, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
