You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to growth in a dynamic tech environment.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new B2B SaaS opportunities through prospecting and outreach</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing</li><li>Deliver consultative presentations and tailored solutions</li><li>Achieve sales targets and prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts</li><li>Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities</li><li>Conduct market research and support expansion into new markets</li><li>Support commercial team performance through guidance, meetings, and training</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and promotional activities</li><li>Execute sales plans, maintain CRM pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting</li><li>Build strong relationships with potential clients and ensure excellent follow-up</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>2+ years in B2B sales (SaaS/tech preferred)</li><li>Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills</li><li>CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)</li><li>Fluent in Greek &amp; English</li><li>Organised, proactive, and results-driven</li><li>Valid driving license</li><li>Relevant industry experience is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission + bonus</li><li>Provident fund &amp; company car</li><li>22–25 days annual leave</li><li>Hybrid working &amp; flexible hours</li><li>Modern, friendly workplace</li></ul>ApplySend your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@frotcom.com.cy">careers@frotcom.com.cy</a> by 14 April 2026 Subject: ESRAPR14 | 📞 22 00 20 20
