Who We AreWe are a growing organization operating in the property development sector, delivering projects across multiple sites at Famagusta Region.&nbsp;&nbsp;Role OverviewThe Engineer will be responsible for the project management, safety, coordination and cost-effective delivery of all sites.&nbsp;Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a self-motivated team player with a minimum of five years’ experience in contracting or maintenance operations and a proven track record in delivering multidisciplinary projects.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure all works are completed safely, reliably, time and cost-effectively</li><li>Manage and support multidisciplinary projects</li><li>Produce clear and concise technical documentation</li><li>Work within established Quality Assurance systems</li></ul>Essential Requirements<ul><li>B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Building Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently</li><li>Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Desirable Skills</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Project</li><li>Excellent command of the English language</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>22 annual leave days</li><li>3 paid sick days</li><li>&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience.</li></ul>Applicants should forward their CV at Hr@karma.cy.&nbsp;All Applicants will be treated in strict confidentiality.&nbsp;
