As a&nbsp;real estate development and investment fund managing a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, our client is expanding. We are looking for a driven and organised Project Coordinator to join this growing team and play a central role in keeping projects on track, from early design stages through to delivery.&nbsp; This is a coordination-heavy role that sits at the intersection of people, process, and progress. The right candidate is someone who thrives on structure, communicates with confidence, and takes ownership of follow-through.&nbsp; Job description Project Coordination &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Maintain and update project schedules across multiple concurrent real estate developments.</li><li>Coordinate activities and deliverables between architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor project milestones and proactively flag delays or risks to management.</li><li>Ensure all parties are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Follow-Up<ul><li>Serve as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders and all external project parties.</li><li>Manage consistent follow-up with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure commitments are met.</li><li>Liaise with local authorities and municipal bodies regarding permit applications, approvals, and regulatory submissions — actively tracking and following up on the status of all ongoing permit processes.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up on tendering processes, including review of tender packages, tracking submissions, and supporting the evaluation and award process.</li><li>Facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, including accompanying them on occasional site visits.</li><li>Attend and minute site meetings with the full consultant team, ensuring actions are recorded and followed up.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Presentations<ul><li>Prepare clear, concise progress reports for management and shareholders on a regular basis.</li><li>Compile project status updates, highlight key issues, and track action items to closure.</li><li>Prepare simple but professional presentations summarising project status, timelines, and key decisions.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of simple business plans, project budgets, and investor-facing presentations, synthesising project data into clear and compelling materials for management and shareholders.</li></ul>Administration &amp; Tools<ul><li>Maintain organised project files, logs, and correspondence records.</li><li>Use Excel to track schedules, budgets, cost summaries, and deliverable matrices.</li><li>Use PowerPoint to prepare project presentations, investor updates, and stakeholder materials.</li><li>Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in reporting, communication drafting, and document preparation (a significant advantage).</li></ul>Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering — Civil Engineering preferred; Architecture or a related field considered.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.</li><li>Prior experience within a real estate developer, construction firm, or project management consultancy strongly preferred.</li><li>Prior exposure to the licensing and permitting process with local authorities is a meaningful advantage.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to construct simple business plans, project budgets, and investor presentations from project data.</li><li>Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) is a meaningful advantage.</li><li>Comfortable attending site visits and meetings in a coordination and client-facing capacity.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Professional demeanour when dealing with clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Annual bonus according to work performance</li><li>21 days annual leave + Cyprus public holidays</li><li>Continuous personal development through exposure to multiple businesses</li><li>Corporate events</li><li>Hybrid (2 days WFH) after probation</li></ul>
