Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel,insurance brokerage, healthcare and education.&nbsp;Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for Paphos, an experienced:&nbsp;Estate Agent Support Officer&nbsp;Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Interview potential clients interested in buying or selling properties to promote the company services</li><li>Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property and prepare offers suitable to them</li><li>Inspect prospective property listings&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up the preparation of agency agreements required for the listing of properties for sale</li><li>Assist with the structuring of property transactions between seller and buyer ensuring completion and timely payment.
