Key responsibilities<ul><li>Perform due diligence and KYC procedures to the firm’s clients.</li><li>Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients and transactions for the purposes of identifying suspicious accounts and/or behavior with respect to anti-money laundering.</li><li>Carry out transaction monitoring in accordance with established procedures and risk-based approaches</li><li>Perform screening checks, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and sanctions lists</li><li>Assist with the day-to-day Anti-Money-Laundering related matters / clients’ requests.</li><li>Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Compliance to support the needs of the Company.</li></ul>Attributes &amp; Skills<ul><li>Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently;</li><li>Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;</li><li>Positive, flexible personality, easy to adapt to changes, willing to undertake new tasks;</li><li>Strong team player;</li><li>Experience in the use of WISEBOS RiSC software will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>Education/Professional Qualifications<ul><li>University degree of legal, accounting or management background</li><li>ICA Certification in AML for ICPAC and CBA Members, and/or CySEC AML Certification will be considered as advantage.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Friendly, professional, and collaborative working environment</li><li>Friday afternoons off.</li><li>Flexible working hours to support work-life balance</li><li>Modern office environment with up-to-date technology</li><li>Opportunities for career development and the ability to progress.</li><li>Structured training in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC, and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Opportunity to develop expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) practices.</li><li>Continuing learning opportunities with on-going training sessions both internally and externally.</li><li>Ongoing mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals</li></ul>Applications:Interested candidates may send their CV via email to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@asuspluscy.com">info@asuspluscy.com</a>&nbsp;with the subject "AML Compliance Assistant".&nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
