Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and appointments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Arrange and assist in property viewings between clients and owners.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep clients updated on property listings and sales process developments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Establish relationships with new customers and at the same time maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keep a high level of knowledge about existing properties, and learn about new properties and services as they come in.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop networks and cooperate with associates of the Company.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain the Company’s Online Platforms (e.g. CRM, Back-End).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the preparation and approval of documents.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in preparing sales contracts and documentation such as agreements, deeds, closing statements and lease contracts.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with the marketing team to actively seek out new business opportunities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow up with clients and third-party service providers to ensure timely transactions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyze sales data to optimize strategies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any other relevant duty as requested by the Company’s Management.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in sales coordination, real estate, or customer service roles is highly desirable.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices is a plus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.&nbsp; &nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organization and time management skills&nbsp;with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and team members.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understanding of sales processes.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Possession of a valid driver’s license.&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV at <a href="mailto:careers@delfiproperties.com">careers@delfiproperties.com</a> and mention on the subject the reference&nbsp;DREREC26.&nbsp;Each application will be treated with the strictest confidence.&nbsp;Please note that only successful candidate will be contacted.
