Today, with a network of over 1,000 retail partners, Londou Fashion Group continues to grow through long-standing relationships, strategic collaborations and deep market expertise in the B2B fashion landscape.&nbsp;The RoleWe are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Cyprus team.This is a design-led role for someone who thrives on visual storytelling, from social content and newsletters to lookbooks, catalogs and campaign assets. You will play a key role in shaping how our brands come to life visually across all touchpoints.You will work closely with the Marketing Director and Sales Advisors, translating commercial direction into elevated, fashion-forward creative. Additionally, you will support event coordination, campaign logistics, PR/sample deliveries and the day-to-day operational aspects of marketing campaigns.&nbsp;ResponsibilitiesCreative &amp; Design (Core Focus)<ul><li>Design high-quality newsletters, social media assets, digital &amp; print campaigns</li><li>Create lookbooks, catalogs and report presentations</li><li>Co-develop and execute visual concepts for seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling</li><li>Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand communications</li><li>Adapt and elevate brand identities across multiple fashion brands</li><li>Develop branding and packaging designs for campaigns and product launches</li></ul>&nbsp;Campaign &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign rollouts</li><li>Work alongside the Sales Advisors Team to support commercial priorities</li><li>Contribute fresh, creative ideas to campaigns and launches</li><li>Assist with campaign logistics and internal design asset management</li><li>Assist in planning and executing events, brand activations and launches</li></ul>&nbsp;Digital &amp; Trend Awareness<ul><li>Design for Instagram, TikTok and digital platforms</li><li>Stay up to date with fashion, design and content trends</li><li>Support content creation with basic motion/video editing</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Graphic or Art Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, packaging and branding work</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, Canva and basic video editing</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics, typography and layout</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail</li></ul>&nbsp;Design Tools &amp; Skills<ul><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>After Effects (basic to intermediate)</li><li>Figma or similar design tools</li><li>Canva (for fast-paced content production)</li><li>Basic video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut)</li><li>Understanding of email design platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)</li></ul>&nbsp;Why Join Us<ul><li>Work with a portfolio of leading international fashion brands</li><li>Be part of a creative, fast-paced environment</li><li>Shape visual communication across B2B and B2C channels</li><li>Grow within a well-established and evolving fashion group</li></ul>&nbsp;To ApplyPlease send:<ul><li>Your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@londoubros.com">hr@londoubros.com</a>&nbsp;</li></ul>
