Are you ready to lead organic growth at scale?This role is a perfect match for a senior SEO professional who thinks beyond rankings, understands commercial intent, and knows how to turn organic traffic into predictable business demand.As a Senior SEO Manager, you will own the SEO strategy end-to-end — from technical foundations to performance analytics — ensuring SEO is a scalable, high-impact acquisition channel that directly supports Gamingtec’s commercial objectives.&nbsp;All you need is:<ul><li>Proven experience in senior SEO roles, ideally in B2B, SaaS, iGaming, or tech environments;</li><li>Strong technical SEO expertise (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, performance optimisation);</li><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to align SEO initiatives with commercial and revenue goals;</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO tools and platforms (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents);</li><li>Experience with international and multi-language SEO;</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate SEO data into business-relevant insights;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>Full professional proficiency in English;</li><li>High level of ownership, accountability, and autonomous project management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your daily adventures will look like:<ul><li>Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation;</li><li>Define SEO priorities based on business goals, ICPs, commercial intent, and market opportunities;</li><li>Drive sustainable organic growth across priority markets, products, and verticals;</li><li>Ensure optimal website health, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and page performance;</li><li>Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with web and development teams;</li><li>Manage SEO requirements for site updates, new pages, releases, and migrations;</li><li>Optimise Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, and overall search engine compliance;</li><li>Develop keyword frameworks focused on high-intent and commercially relevant queries;</li><li>Collaborate closely with content, performance marketing, and revenue teams to support demand generation;</li><li>Define, track, and report on SEO KPIs (traffic quality, rankings, conversions, assisted revenue);</li><li>Forecast organic growth impact and identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimisation opportunities;</li><li>Provide leadership with clear visibility into SEO performance and its contribution to pipeline growth.</li></ul>&nbsp;What success looks like in this role:<ul><li>Consistent growth in high-intent organic traffic;</li><li>Improved rankings for commercially relevant keywords;</li><li>A strong, scalable technical SEO foundation;</li><li>Clear and measurable contribution of SEO to demand generation and pipeline;</li><li>Effective alignment between SEO, content, web, and revenue initiatives.</li></ul>&nbsp;So, why Gamingtec?If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
