Role OverviewWe are looking for a Retention Operator to manage and re-engage existing players through calls, messengers, and email. Your main goal is to increase player activity, retention, and trust across all communication channels.Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to inactive and at-risk players</li><li>Communicate via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email (campaigns, personal messages, follow-ups)</li><li>Present bonuses, promotions, and personalized offers</li><li>Handle objections and resolve player concerns</li><li>Log all interactions in CRM</li><li>Meet daily KPIs (calls, messages, reactivations, deposits)</li><li>Collaborate with VIP, marketing, and support teams</li><li>Provide feedback on database quality and offer performance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent Spanish and Portuguese (spoken and written) — required</li><li>English or Russian — conversational level</li><li>1+ year experience in retention, telesales, or customer success</li><li>Experience in LATAM markets — strong advantage</li><li>iGaming / betting experience — a plus</li><li>CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)</li><li>Strong communication and objection-handling skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work with KPIs</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Fully remote work</li><li>Competitive base salary + performance bonuses</li><li>Product training and sales coaching</li><li>Career growth opportunities (Senior → Team Lead)</li><li>Supportive international team</li><li>Equipment provided if needed</li></ul>ScheduleFull-time, 5/2 (Tuesday–Saturday), aligned with LATAM time zones (UTC-3 to UTC-5), approx. 11:00–20:00 (Argentina time)
