With a focus on doing business the way that customers love, we have an exciting new role dedicated to driving our customer experience and ensuring a positive impact on our operation. &nbsp;We are looking for a Body &amp; Paint Specialist to join our Parts team in Nicosia. &nbsp;JOB SUMMARY:The Body and Paint Specialist will have a significant role in ensuring the efficient management, coordination and support of all Body &amp; Paint related parts processes. The role serves as the key liaison between the Parts Department, Service Department, external partners, insurers and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality service delivery.&nbsp; The successful candidate will be agile, have an eye for detail, and is well organized to ensure timely execution as well&nbsp; thorough and clear communication skills.&nbsp; This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop their career within the Automotive industry, wants to work in a reputable organization and loves working with customers. &nbsp;JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Preparation of estimates and costings.&nbsp;</li><li>Timely placement of orders and delivery of spare parts.&nbsp;</li><li>Communication with insurance companies and damage assessors.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination of workflow and synchronization with Service Department.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination with suppliers and other external vendors.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor the progress of orders, identifying and reporting of any potential delays.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate records of orders, communications and parts – related documentation.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English language skills.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Great communication skills and pleasant personality.&nbsp;</li><li>Organized personality.</li></ul>&nbsp;COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:<ul><li>A complete remuneration package based on your experience.</li><li>13th salary and part of 14th salary.&nbsp;</li><li>21 days paid holiday.&nbsp;</li><li>A very generous provident fund scheme.&nbsp;</li><li>Discount scheme on both products and services of the company.&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous online and physical training which will further enhance your career and development.&nbsp;</li></ul>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all and our decisions are based on character, qualifications, and experience.
