This a senior contributor role suited to a commercially self-driven sales leader with deep expertise in full-cycle sales within the European payments ecosystem.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;Customer<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers across Europe, understanding their business models, operational environments, and payment challenges.</li><li>Apply a consultative, strategic selling approach to translate complex payment solutions into clear, compelling commercial value propositions.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial engagement through successful onboarding and early-stage processing.</li></ul>Accountability<ul><li>Own the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.</li><li>Take accountability for the first three months of customer processing, ensuring successful integration and smooth handover to Relationship Management.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, maintaining strong pipeline discipline.</li></ul>Responsibility<ul><li>Partner with the SVP, Sales to define and execute go-to-market strategies across key European verticals.</li><li>Analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor positioning to identify growth opportunities and influence internal product and commercial strategy.</li><li>Drive new business through high-impact sales presentations, tailored proposals, and strategic deal structuring.</li></ul>Engagement<ul><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Channel, and Account Management teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes.</li><li>Support continuous improvement by sharing insights on customer needs, sales performance, and market dynamics.</li><li>Foster strong internal relationships to support cross-functional execution and long-term growth.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>End-to-End Sales Execution:&nbsp;Proven ability to manage the entire sales process - from initial prospecting and outreach to complex contract negotiation and the first three months of customer onboarding.</li><li>Consultative Selling:&nbsp;A natural ability to build deep relationships, identify customer pain points, and translate complex payment solutions into commercial value propositions.</li><li>Strategic Thinking:&nbsp;Comfortable performing market and competitor analysis to influence internal product development and refine vertical-specific strategies.</li><li>Financial Literacy &amp; Payments Expertise:&nbsp;Ability to explain payment flows across the board (from technical teams to C-suite executives).</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management:&nbsp;Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless transition for new customers.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven Industry Portfolio:&nbsp;A solid track record of success in a&nbsp;high-transaction vertical&nbsp;(e.g., E-commerce, Travel, or Retail) within the payment processing or fintech space.</li><li>Revenue Driven:&nbsp;Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.</li><li>Language Proficiency:<ul><li>Native/fluency in English&nbsp;is mandatory.</li><li>Fluency in an&nbsp;additional language&nbsp;is a significant advantage.</li></ul></li><li>Solid knowledge of the payment ecosystem and deep understanding of European regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, PCI DSS).</li><li>Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate autonomously in a senior individual contributor role.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Apply Here: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=F7044C33-424A-4AE9-A9FF-410CE0637EC5&amp;v=2026/000093">https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=F7044C33-424A-4AE9-A9FF-410CE0637EC5&amp;v=2026/000093</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
