Key Duties:
KYC: Perform full KYC verification procedure for clients Support: Provide clients platform support via chat, email and phone Work closely with other department to achieve company set objectives Finance: Assist clients and call centre in any clients related financial queries and issues Implement the customer service policies of the company Requirements:
European Union work permit Flexible working hours Fluent in English written and spoken Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to take ownership of requested tasks Extra language will be considered an advantage Any similar job experience will be considered a very strong advantage Employment conditions:
Full time position Full training will be provided 22 days annual leave 13th salary Provident Fund
Position conditions will be discussed during the interview
Previous experience will be considered a strong advantage
