Job Description
Key Duties:
- KYC: Perform full KYC verification procedure for clients
- Support: Provide clients platform support via chat, email and phone
- Work closely with other department to achieve company set objectives
- Finance: Assist clients and call centre in any clients related financial queries and issues
- Implement the customer service policies of the company
Requirements:
- European Union work permit
- Flexible working hours
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to take ownership of requested tasks
- Extra language will be considered an advantage
- Any similar job experience will be considered a very strong advantage
Employment conditions:
- Full time position
- Full training will be provided
- 22 days annual leave
