Job Type & Working Hours: 

Full Time: 09:00—18:00 (1-hour lunch break) 

 

Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project/Implementation Manager to join our team. The key responsibilities are to drive the implementation of the new changes for the innovative payment products. We expect this role to understand new technical areas quickly, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in a timely manner! This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead and manage project activities from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communications.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

- Assist with change management and user adoption of new processes or systems.

 

Key Requirements: 

- 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid role.

- Strong technical background

- Strong knowledge and experience with Project Management methodologies.

- Proven delivery of cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Operations, and external partners/vendors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong knowledge in one or more payment domains.

- Strong delivery discipline: planning, RAID management, dependencies, critical path, and scope/change control.

- Excellent stakeholder management: clear status reporting, steering updates, escalation management.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in payments/fintech (card processing, issuing/acquiring, bank/EMI payments, POS).

- Hands-on experience delivering payments projects (VISA/Mastercard)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are considered an advantage.
