We are currently looking for a Sales Admin to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
• Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain sales records and databases
• Coordinate with other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role (will be an advantage)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English (spoken and written)
