Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Engineering Firm with expanding operations here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support, coordinate office operations, and assist with accounting and project-related documentation to ensure the smooth running of the office. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar, who possess previous experience in a relevant administration focused position. You will need to be fluent in verbal and written English, with any knowledge of Greek considered an advantage.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily office administration and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Maintain filing systems and company records.
  • Assist with in basic accounting tasks.
  • Support HR processes.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately maintained.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is an advantage).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
