Duties and responsibilities:
Prepare the budget of the operation and submit to Food and Beverage Manager
Supervise the overall operation of the restaurants
Order items from the main store
Develop the weekly Departmental Staff Timetable
Supervise the preparation and execution of functions
Participate in management meetings, including management reviews for the quality system
Supervise the training and development of departmental staff
Completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of Dept and/or General Manager.
Conforms to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.

Job Specifications:
Work Experience: At least 5 years in similar position
