Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest experiences, coordinating operational activities, and maintaining high service standards throughout the property.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
• Handling reservations and booking platforms
• Communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay
• Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance activities
• Monitoring apartment readiness and quality standards
• Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly
• Assisting with daily operational and administrative tasks
• Handling telephone calls, emails, and online messages
• Supporting management in the efficient operation of the property

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good computer skills (email, booking systems, Microsoft Office)
• Fluent English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or administration will be considered an advantage
• Valid driving licence will be considered an advantage
