The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest experiences, coordinating operational activities, and maintaining high service standards throughout the property.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
Handling reservations and booking platforms
Communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay
Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance activities
Monitoring apartment readiness and quality standards
Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly
Assisting with daily operational and administrative tasks
Handling telephone calls, emails, and online messages
Supporting management in the efficient operation of the property
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good computer skills (email, booking systems, Microsoft Office)
Fluent English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or administration will be considered an advantage
Valid driving licence will be considered an advantage
