Key Responsibilities:

As our Quality expert, you will blend strategic compliance with hands-on, tech-driven floor management:

• Compliance Leadership: Champion the execution and upkeep of our ISO management systems (i.e. 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Sustainability Management: Drive eco-initiatives to maintain prestigious sustainability certifications. Proactively monitor environmental metrics (waste, energy, water).
• Operational Audits: Conduct smart, data-driven operational checks and internal audits across all hotel departments to ensure flawless compliance.
• Incident & Crisis Response: Manage incident reporting and investigation follow-ups, deploying swift, effective corrective actions. Confidently coordinate the hotel's response to incidents, emergencies, and service disruptions.
• Team Development & HR Support: Empower our workforce by supporting onboarding, induction and training functions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Duty Management: Step into the heart of the action during scheduled shifts as Duty Officer, resolving guest inquiries gracefully and handling operational disruptions with a solution-oriented mindset.

 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven success in a hospitality setting, ideally with exposure to guest relations or operations.
• Familiarity with quality standards, health & safety regulations, and environmental laws. Practical knowledge of ISO frameworks (9001, 14001, 45001) is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office and modern digital tools.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, sharp problem-solving skills, and the agility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Readiness to work evening shifts as part of the duty roster.
