The position

MTS GLOBE CYPRUS LTD is seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated individual as YIELD Officer.

The role - Principal Responsibilities

• Monitor sales trends and perform competitor analysis across various source markets and distribution channels

·         Optimize allocation of Accommodation inventory across different source markets and partners

·         Support the Commercial team with relevant daily tasks

·         Develop, suggest and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue

·         Work closely with Contracting and Sales teams to ensure competitive rates and offers

·         Analyze rates, stop-sales, release periods, and special offers to optimize performance

·         Identify underperforming products and implement corrective actions

 

Essential Skills, Competencies & Qualities

• Very good command of the English language is essential
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Literacy skills and a proficient computer user (good knowledge of Excel, Word)
• Experience with reservation systems, channel managers, or revenue management tools shall be considered an advantage
• Understanding of tourism industry distribution channels (B2B, B2C, OTAs) shall also be considered an advantage

Qualifications

 

·           BA or respective College degree in Tourism, Supply chain & Logistics, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields is a prerequisite

·           Knowledge of a foreign language may be considered as an advantage

 

Remuneration and working conditions:

A competitive and comprehensive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant based on his/her qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate shall be employed on a 5-day week basis at the Larnaka Head office.

Working hours: 9:00-17:00
