Job Description
As a Waiter/Waitress, you play a leading role in delivering a refined, elegant, and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them to their tables
* Presenting menus and explaining food, wine, and cocktail options clearly and confidently
* Taking orders accurately and entering them correctly into the system
* Serving food and drinks in a professional, elegant, and timely manner
* Checking on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction
* Keeping tables, service areas, and the dining room clean and beautifully presented
* Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and hostess team to ensure smooth service
* Maintaining the glamorous, calm, and welcoming atmosphere of the wine bar
Requirements:
* Friendly, well-presented, and professional appearance
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
* Passion for hospitality, food, and wine
* Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, especially in premium venues
