Summary

CP Herbalist is looking for an experienced, creative and highly organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at our offices in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will support and coordinate the company’s digital presence across the website, social media, email marketing, campaigns and online content. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital marketing, a good eye for branding and aesthetics, and the ability to manage digital projects from idea to execution.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the in-house marketeer, management team, external marketing agency, designers, photographers, videographers and developers to ensure that CP Herbalist is presented online in a consistent, professional and engaging way.

Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness or lifestyle industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Digital Presence & Campaigns

• Plan and support the execution of digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate campaigns for product launches, promotions and brand awareness.
• Work with the in-house marketeer and external marketing agency on campaigns, ads, reporting and performance.

Website Management

• Manage and update website content using WordPress and Elementor.
• Ensure the website aligns with brand identity and campaign priorities.
• Create and update landing pages, banners and product highlights.

Content & Social Media

• Assist in planning and managing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Write or coordinate content for articles, captions, newsletters and promotional material.
• Coordinate content production, including photography, video and design.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with designers, photographers, videographers, developers and agencies.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations when needed.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track basic performance metrics, including engagement, website traffic and campaign results.

• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

   

Requirements & Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
• Good understanding of website content management and e-commerce presentation.
• Experience working with agencies and creative teams.
• Good understanding of social media and digital campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of branding and aesthetics.
• Full-time availability.
• Based in Limassol or able to work from our offices in Limassol.

Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness or lifestyle industry is a plus.
