Our Organisation is looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic Project Assistant to support the implementation of EU and nationally funded projects. Duties and Responsibilities:
Support in the daily implementation of projects:
- Assist the team
- Contribute to the development of content and monitoring deadlines
- Follow work plans
Administrative support:
- Contribute to and maintain all types of documentation
- Collect evidence of events, meetings and other project-related activities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project and stakeholder databases
- Contribute to internal and external reporting
Assistance on research:
- Contribute to background, desk and field research
- Identify and contact project-related target groups for field research
Support in the organisation and implementation of meetings & events
- Contribute to the development of meeting and event agendas
- Facilitate registration processes
- Keep meeting minutes
- Support in the organisation of event and meeting logistics
Communication project activities
- Contribute to the dissemination of projects
- Contribute to project and corporate newsletters
- Contribute and monitor website updates
- Contribute to the development of social media content where applicable
- Communicate professionally with project partners, stakeholders and external participants under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring timely follow-up and effective coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Higher education degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, European Studies, Education, Social Sciences, Communication, Project Management or another related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and follow instructions in a professional environment.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and gradually develop project management skills.
- Professional attitude, reliability and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Previous exposure to administration, project support, events, internships or volunteering would be considered an advantage.
- Interest in EU-funded projects, education, training, social inclusion, digital skills, sustainability or related fields.
- Basic familiarity with collaboration or task management tools, such as Asana, Trello, Google Drive or SharePoint.
- Willingness to learn how EU and National funded projects are implemented and monitored.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and motivation to grow within a project-based environment.
- Previous involvement in Erasmus+, volunteering or other extracurricular activities demonstrating initiative and teamwork would be considered an advantage.

Starting Date, Duration, and Place of Position
This is a full-time, primarily on-site position based at Eurosuccess Consulting’s offices in Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. During the initial induction and training period, the successful candidate is expected to work primarily from the office to facilitate learning, collaboration and integration into the team. Any future remote working arrangements are subject to organisational policies and operational requirements. Subject to successful performance, demonstrated readiness and organisational needs, the successful candidate may be offered progression into a Project Manager position.
