As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our technical team.

Position Overview

The Civil Engineer will oversee construction activities, ensure projects are delivered according to design specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout every stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction works on-site.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, building regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction progress.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Assist in project planning, procurement, and contractor coordination.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction or property development.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and project management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Fluent in English. Greek is an advantage, and additional languages are welcome.
• Valid driving licence.
